Payment Policies and Fees:
A signed contract outlining the description of services and payment agreement is required prior to any work being started.
A 50% deposit is required at the beginning of any job, and then the remaining 50% at the end of a job, or you may purchase your package now at: BUY NOW
Balance for hourly services is to be paid within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
Monthly retainer fees are due on the first of each month. No exceptions.

If you purchase a Retainer Package, you are guaranteed a certain number of hours per month. If additional hours are required to meet your needs, we will contact you and work out an arrangement to continue your discounted rate.
Payment for retainer packages are payable the 1st of each month. A 10% penalty will be added to all unpaid invoices over 30 (thirty) days. Unused hours will not be carried over.
Payments can be made in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, or Paypal. If you are an established client we will accept Checks. Flexible payment arrangements can be made for established clients only.
Please be aware that other charges may apply, but will be approved by you before any job should commence.
Other charges might include, postage, shipping costs, long distance rates, special software or special office supplies, this will be discussed and approved in advance.
Please note that there will be a $35.00 service fee on all returned checks.
